How to: Cancel subscription services on Vodacom

Last modified date

Vodacom subscribers have the opportunity to subscribe to services that make their lives easier and more fun. Through the Vodacom Value Added Services (VAS Services) subscribers can make use of a monthly, weekly, or daily subscription service where they pay using airtime or by adding it to their monthly contract bill.

But, sometimes things go wrong and Wireless Application Services Providers, or WASPs, abuse the service and it may lead to subscribers needing to cancel WASP and Vodacom VAS Services.

Cancel your Showmax subscription on Vodacom

Report unwanted cellphone billing

Are you being billed without your acknowledgment? Is your airtime disappearing and you suspect you are subscribed without your consent to subscription content services, like ringtones, horoscopes, competitions, daily messages, dating services, caller tunes, or even daily motivational messages?

You can contact the Wireless Application Service Providers Association (WASPA) and ask that they assist in resolving the dispute for you, even if the offending WASP is not their member, by filling out their form here.
