How To: Use a PUK to unblock a Vodacom SIM card pin

Last modified date

You can unblock a blocked Vodacom SIM card pin using its PUK number. PUK stands for Pin Unlocking Key, which is a 10-digit used to unlock a SIM card that has been blocked from entering its PIN. This is because a SIM card’s PIN only allows for three tries, after which it will be blocked from any more tries.

If your Vodacom SIM card’s pin has been blocked you need to enter its 10-digit PUK number to unblock it. Once the PUK number has been entered correctly you may then create a new SIM card pin.
